**Job Opportunity: Indian/Chinese Sous Chef**
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Preparation**:
- Develop and execute dishes based on the menu.
- Innovate new recipes while maintaining authenticity.
- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:
- Prepare and cook Indian and Chinese dishes with precision and consistency.
- Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety standards.
- **Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Regularly check the freshness of ingredients and ensure proper storage.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and guide junior staff as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement.
- Minimize wastage and control food costs.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Engage with customers when required to understand their preferences.
- Take feedback constructively to enhance the dining experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian and/or Chinese cuisine.
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
