Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Engagement: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized experience. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain constant communication with guests, providing relevant information about hotel services, events, and amenities.

2. Personalized Service: Anticipate and understand guest preferences, offering personalized services to enhance their experience. Develop and maintain guest profiles to ensure consistent and personalized service during repeat visits.

3. Complaint Resolution: Actively resolve guest issues or concerns by providing timely solutions, escalating when necessary to management. Follow up with guests to ensure that their concerns were addressed and that they are satisfied with the outcome.

4. Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather feedback from guests through surveys, verbal communication, or other methods to gauge guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Report recurring issues or suggestions to management for continuous improvement.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Communicate any special guest requirements to relevant departments, ensuring smooth delivery of services.

6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and requests in the system. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management when needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
