
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences and other assigned events; take and distribute minutes or other notes as requested.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Interact with HOD and other staff members.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Perform other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, maintaining office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance and handling packages and correspondence.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Any bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3+ Yrs of experience as an Executive assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skill.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude.
- Knowledge in computer (MS Office Package) is a must.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
