**We're looking for a**
**AVP - Content Solutions - Edcast ( Remote, India)**

**In this role you will....**
- Address content needs of customers based on the master solution strategy
- Design and develop off the shelf content strategy for EdCast
- Manage the content development team & the vendor teams
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Team management and development
- Project management for short
- and long-term projects of content like client content audits, content migration, and new content development & testing

**Core Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment:

- Reviewing CVs
- Conducting onboarding sessions for new joiners
- Enterprise Client:

- Interacting with client stakeholders
- Conducting content solutions and architecture workshops
- Conducting taxonomy workshops
- Handling any content requirements for the clients
- Overseeing implementation of content architecture and solutions for the client instances.

**You’ve got what it takes if you have**:

- Graduation in any Discipline
- Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations
- 15 years of Work Experience in content writing, content management, e-learning, instructional designing, blended learning, and content solutions
- E-learning and Instructional Designing
- Content design, Strategy & Architecture
- Understanding of Authoring Tools
- Understanding of content-related and learning theories
- Advanced skills of MS Office or similar products
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Adaptability
- Team building/interpersonal skills
- Time/task management
