**Platform Executive - EdCast (Remote, India)**

**In this role you will.**
- Requirement Gathering
- ** **Understands and documents requirements from various stakeholders including Content Partners, Learners, and Customers.
- Translate business requirements into Product / Technical requirements.
- Addressing requirements using existing product features alternatively suggesting workarounds and creating specifications in case of change.
- Feature Release
- Work with the Product and Development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
- Track new features, open issues to closure and provides periodic communication of updates to customers.
- Training, Documentation and others
- Documenting feature changes and creating a change management/training plan.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and standard operating procedures.
- User Acceptance testing of the new features released.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues both internal (Within the workstreams) and External (Clients and learners)
**You’ve got what it takes if you have**
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Support Experience
- Understanding of SDLC, documentation of BRD, FRD, SOPs, and test case documents.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Listening ability and patience
- Willingness to gain hand on the product and have a product mindset.
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
