Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing inbound leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries coming from social media channels.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
  • Convert leads into sales by providing accurate information and effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and track progress on CRM tools.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Inbound Sales / Inside Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Mon to Friday (Alternate Saturday )Working
