**AVP Marketplace Operations-EdCast (Remote,India)**

**In this role you will.**

***Will be responsible for acquiring and improving our marketplace KPIs. In addition, collaborate with stakeholders, examples, teams generating revenue, compliances, timely settlements, conformity to PII and driving operational excellence.
- Lead, Nurture, Educates & Inspire the marketplace operations team to flawlessly implement the business
- Monitor and improve KPIs (Service, Deliveries, Order Book Health, Cost to Serve, Quality, Coverage) to ensure team performance against aligned targets.
- Work with Marketplace Head to align on plans for the account ensuring the financial needs of the marketplace are met.
- Partner cross-functionally, build and maintain strong/close relationships within EdCast - Sales, Content, Analytics, Planning, Compliance and Finance) and outside of Marketplace (Buyers, Sellers, etc) to flawlessly execute the business, product launches, key initiatives
- Support joint operational & order management capabilities with partners to drive mutual growth, profitability & productivity.
- Influence the complete supply chain process from planning, distribution, systems integration, operations, compliance and financials

- 12-15 Years of work experience.

- Self-motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
