Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
AVP – Lending Operations
to lead our EMI servicing, collections, and partner operations. The role demands strong execution skills, compliance discipline, and the ability to scale operational processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lending operations – onboarding, disbursement, repayments, collections.
- Build and optimise SOPs, dashboards, and MIS for operational excellence.
- Drive collection efficiency, NPA control, and recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/regulatory guidelines and partner requirements.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and lending partners to enhance processes.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the operations & collections team.
Qualifications
- 5 – 9 Years in lending operations with fintech, NBFC, or banks.
- Strong background in
collections, credit ops, and reporting
. - Experience managing portfolios with Credit underwriting, Risk Analysis and Collections
- Familiarity with digital lending and alternate underwriting models.
- MBA/CA/Finance background preferred.
