**Job Role**:

- Conduct workshops and seminars in school settings for students, educators, and occasionally for parents.
- Perform screenings and psychological assessments and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
- Facilitate effective communication among school stakeholders, including students, parents, and educators.
- Develop and continuously improve workshop content based on requirements.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of workshops and seminars.
- Observe individuals during workshops and maintain detailed notes about them.
- Verify observations and assessment reports before handing them over to the concerned individuals.
- Provide support in research and development initiatives.

**Experience/Interest**:

- Experience in dealing with children and adolescents Psychology or willing to work with the same.
- Experience in working in school set ups in the field of School Mental Health Program (SMHP) or willing to work in the same set ups.
- Experience in conducting workshops/seminars on Mental Wellbeing or willing to get trained in conducting workshops on Mental Wellbeing.
- Experience or interest in analysis of Psychological Assessments and report writing.
- Minimum 1 year experience in working as a psychologist

**Preferred qualities**:

- Sound knowledge in the discipline of Psychology
- Good communication, interpersonal & public speaking skills.
- Should be comfortable in teamwork and coordination
- Knowledge and interest in SMH and Positive Psychology
- Empathetic and energetic with flexible mindset
- Basic knowledge with IT & computer

**Educational background**:

- Graduation with at least 55% in Psychology (Hons) from a reputed institution (Regular)
- Master's with at least 55% in the same domain from a reputed institution (Regular)
- Certification/Training in any therapeutic module or research methodology (if any)

**Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
