We are coming up with India's Biggest Fashion School & Talents Agency (11000sqft) in Chinar Park, New Town, Kolkata.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Career Consultant to join our team and provide comprehensive career guidance and support to individuals that will be studying in our **School of Performing Arts (SOPA) **and seeking to advance their professional lives in fashion industries. As a Career Consultant, you will work closely to assess their skills, interests, and goals, and provide tailored advice and resources that will be provided by **(SOPA)** to help them achieve success in their chosen career paths.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide personalized career guidance, support and search strategies.

Develop and deliver workshops, and training sessions on courses that will be provided to them.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance expertise in career counselling and related areas.

Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in counselling, psychology, human resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in career counselling, coaching, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong understanding of career development theories and counselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all client interactions.
