**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of elementary school students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards and objectives.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to facilitate student learning and promote active participation.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavior.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Prior experience working with elementary school students, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

**How to Apply**:
