**Join Our Team: Special Educator (Gifted & Neurodiverse Learners)**

St. Joan’s School is seeking a dedicated Special Educator to work with children from ages 2 years to Class 12, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including gifted children and those with ADHD and autism.
- Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies tailored to different learning styles.
- Work closely with teachers to integrate best practices into classroom instruction and enhance their ability to support neurodiverse students.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teachers and the school community on effective strategies for gifted and neurodiverse students.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school leadership to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A degree or certification in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with gifted students, ADHD, and autism in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and behavior management strategies.
- Experience in teacher training and community awareness programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
