**About the Role**:
As a **Facilitator & Counselor**, you will play a vital role in **building the agency of youth**—supporting them in making informed life and career choices. You will lead classroom sessions, offer personalized counseling, and help shape the emotional, mental, and social well-being of the students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the **Foundation Course**, an introductory life and career skills program, for new students at the Lighthouse center.
- Ensure students complete the course as per the designed curriculum, with consistent attendance.
- Administer and interpret **counseling assessments** to evaluate aptitude, personality, and skills alignment.
- Conduct **one-on-one counseling** sessions to guide students on course and career choices based on test results.
- Document and address any gaps between assessment outcomes and counseling insights.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to other center activities as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in youth counseling, facilitation, or training.
- Strong communication skills in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**.
- Able to manage and engage a batch of **25-30 students** effectively.
- Empathetic, energetic, and passionate about working with underserved youth.
- A role model with a collaborative spirit and commitment to youth upliftment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
**Location: Mulund**
