**Job Title: Facilitator & Counselor**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven **Facilitator & Counselor** who will play a key role in empowering underprivileged youth by helping them build agency—the ability to make informed, confident life choices. This role focuses on enhancing the emotional, social, and mental well-being of the youth through strong engagement and career guidance.

**Reporting To**: Centre Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the **Foundation Course**, an introductory program for new students at the Lighthouse.
- Ensure 100% participation and completion of the Foundation Course by all enrolled students.
- Administer aptitude and personality assessments for all students in the Foundation Course to guide future skilling choices.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students understand their test results and make informed decisions.
- Identify and address any discrepancies between test outcomes and counseling insights, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the broader team and support as needed for the smooth functioning of the Centre.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or any relevant post-graduate field.
- 1-2 years of experience in counseling or facilitation, preferably in youth or education sectors.
- Comfortable facilitating sessions with batches of 25-30 students.
- Ability to support self-transformation journeys in youth through thoughtful facilitation.
- Strong counseling skills to guide students in making sound career and life decisions.
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent approach to working with diverse youth groups.
- Willingness to model the core values and culture of Lighthouse Communities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **Hindi, and English and preferably in Marathi**.
- Commitment to social impact and community transformation.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
