**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage deliveries, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant’s quality standards. Maintain proper stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- **Stock Organization**: Ensure that all items are stored in a clean, safe, and organized manner, following food safety and hygiene standards. Properly label and rotate stock to prevent waste.
- **Inventory Control**: Track stock usage and update inventory records. Prepare and maintain inventory reports on a regular basis, alerting management to low stock levels or discrepancies.
- **Supply Replenishment**: Regularly monitor stock levels of all items and place orders with suppliers in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect incoming stock for quality, freshness, and expiration dates. Reject any damaged or expired items and return them to the supplier when necessary.
- **Storage Compliance**: Ensure that all food items are stored according to required temperatures and in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- **Waste Reduction**: Keep track of stock wastage, spoilage, and expired products, and work with management to minimize waste and optimize storage.
- **Coordination with Kitchen and Management**: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for daily operations, special events, or peak dining times.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Ensure that the store area is kept clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves and storage areas.
- **Supplier Relations**: Maintain professional communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries or orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
