Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are adequate and accurate.
- Monitor the stock of raw materials, food items, beverages, cleaning supplies, and equipment to ensure there are no shortages or overstock situations.
- **Stock Ordering and Replenishment**:

- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager or relevant departments to reorder supplies when stock levels are low.
- Assist with placing orders to suppliers and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Ensure that orders are received on time and as per quality standards.
- **Stock Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive deliveries and inspect the quality and quantity of goods delivered against purchase orders.
- Ensure all items are stored properly in designated areas to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure that stock is organized and stored in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a system of stock rotation (FIFO: First In, First Out) to minimize waste, especially for perishable items.
- Keep storage areas clean and free from hazards, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- **Stock Issuing and Distribution**:

- Issue supplies and items to various departments (e.g., kitchen, bar, etc.) as requested, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
- Monitor stock usage to prevent wastage or overuse.
- **Inventory Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain regular reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and reorder requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely inventory data to management for financial reporting and budgeting purposes.
- **Waste Management**:

- Monitor and report any waste or expired items, ensuring that they are discarded in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in reducing food and supply waste by optimizing inventory levels.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all inventory is stored and handled according to food safety regulations and health codes.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and chemicals are stored safely and properly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
