Responsible for handling and overseeing the storage, receiving, issuing, and inventory of food and beverage supplies, kitchen equipment, and other essential materials. The role ensures that stock levels are maintained, records are accurately updated, and proper storage conditions are followed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Maintain an organized and clean storeroom.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and update inventory logs.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of perishable items (FIFO method).
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
- Issue supplies to kitchen and service staff as per request.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed in storage areas.
- Work closely with chefs, purchasing staff, and restaurant management to manage inventory efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a storekeeper, stock controller, or similar role in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy stock and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in inventory management or food safety is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
