**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of all food, beverage, and non-food items.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including quantities, dates of receipt, and product specifications.
- Ensure proper rotation of stock (First In, First Out - FIFO) to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels and anticipate reordering needs based on usage and consumption trends.
- **Stock Organization and Storage**:

- Ensure that all items are properly organized and stored according to health and safety guidelines (e.g., temperature control, hygiene standards).
- Keep storage areas neat, clean, and organized for easy access and quick inventory counts.
- Separate perishables from non-perishables and manage proper storage to prevent cross-contamination.
- **Receiving and Inspection**:

- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality, expiration dates, and any damage before accepting them into the stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.
- **Ordering and Restocking**:

- Work closely with the kitchen team to understand inventory needs and reorder products as necessary.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- **Waste Control**:

- Ensure that damaged or expired products are removed from inventory and disposed of according to restaurant policies.
- Minimize food and supply wastage through careful stock monitoring and efficient storage practices.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Keep accurate logs of stock movements, including deliveries, issues to the kitchen or bar, and returns.
- Prepare weekly or monthly inventory reports for management, including recommendations for reordering.
- Maintain records of stock discrepancies and report any losses to management.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow and enforce all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per food safety regulations.
- Ensure proper labeling of items and adherence to expiration dates to avoid foodborne illness.
- Follow proper lifting and storage protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration with Kitchen & Management**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, chefs, and management to ensure inventory meets operational needs.
- Communicate any potential shortages or supply delays to the kitchen to avoid service disruptions.
- Assist in any other duties related to the restaurant's operations as required by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
