**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Acquisition**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate personal loan solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all personal loan products and services offered by the company.
- Explain the features and benefits of personal loan products to customers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursement of loans and address any post-loan queries.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain financial products.
- **Knowledge**:

- Thorough understanding of personal loan products and the financial services market.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
