Business Development Manger - DSA (LAP)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of LAP products with a focus on high-ticket sizes (60 lakh and above).

Develop and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and connectors to generate business.

Ensure adherence to company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase market penetration.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, and risk) to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate (Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales for ticket sizes above 60 lakh.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.

Strong Market Knowledge: Understanding of LAP products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
