Role Overview
As a Sales Lead – Personal Loans (Banking & Digital Lending) at Billcut, you will be responsible for leading our personal loan vertical across three partner programs. This role requires a strong mix of sales ownership and team leadership, driving business growth while managing and motivating the sales team. Moreover, a proven track record in managing lending operations, supporting sales expansion, and driving portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
● Sales Process Integration: Support teams in aligning and integrating core sales activities (e.g., Lead Management, Contract Lifecycle Management etc.) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Sales Technology Assessment and Implementation Support: Assist with assessment, requirement gathering, process mapping and solution configuration for CRM, enabling seamless adoption and operational alignment.
● Channel Strategy: Assist in designing and optimizing partner channels, planning and improving customer acquisition, and own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs
● Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.
● Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management.
● Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity.
● Ensure strict compliance with RBI, KYC, and AML regulations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
● Relevant 6 years of experience in banking/financial services sales.
● Strong exposure to personal loans and digital lending.
● Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
