Loan Telecaller – Fixed Salary + High Incentives | South Ex, New Delhi

Location: South Ex Tower, South Extension, New Delhi

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off – Rotational)

Department: Sales / Telecalling

Employment Type: Full-time

You'll connect with potential customers, explain various loan options (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.), and guide them through the loan application process — all while earning attractive incentives and building your career in finance.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products.

Generate leads and convert them into loan applications.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records.

Advise customers on loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.


Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience in telecalling, loan sales, or financial services preferred (freshers welcome).

Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Confident, convincing, and target-oriented personality.
