Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Loan Against Property, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, acquiring customers, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role involves meeting potential clients, performing risk assessments, preparing loan proposals, negotiating loan terms, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of loan against property products and services
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Risk assessment and loan proposal preparation abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in lending
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
