About the Role

We are looking for driven and customer-focused professionals to join our sales team as Sales Officer / Relationship Manager / Sr. RM. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) and be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, market research, references, and field activities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales for Secured Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, preferably in Secured Loans / LAP.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand financial needs.
  • Strong ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
