Job Responsibilities:

 Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned region.

 Guide and inspire a sales team to surpass targets.

 Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and organize training to enhance the team's abilities and output.

 Identify market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities in the region.

 Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales and satisfaction.

 Coordinate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

 Track sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.

 Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize profitability and ROI.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Candidate Profile: Must-Have

* Candidate must be a graduate in any field.

* Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
