Area Sales Manager-Home Loan

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our Affordable Housing Home Loan portfolio. The ASM will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Sales Officers/Executives, building a strong channel network, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly business targets for affordable home loans in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base through DSA, connectors, builders, and open market sourcing.
- Monitor and improve sales productivity of the team.
- Drive cross-selling of allied financial products (insurance, etc.)
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers or Executives.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and high morale in the team.
Channel Development
- Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners like DSAs, real estate developers, and connectors.
- Ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of channel partners.
Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth onboarding of customers from lead generation to disbursement.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined TATs.
- Promote customer-centric culture in the team.
Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of files.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
- Monitor portfolio health and take proactive actions to minimize delinquencies.
