**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**: Actively promote personal loan products to potential customers through various channels such as direct sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate loan solutions.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial situation, provide information on loan products, and recommend suitable options based on their requirements.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales and consistently prospecting for new business opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and terms of personal loan products offered by the company to effectively communicate them to customers.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to personal loan sales and customer interactions.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product enhancement and sales growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in personal loan sales or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent salesmanship and persuasive abilities.
- Sound understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.86 - ₹37,476.61 per month
