**Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Corporate Hardware Sales**
**Location**: Noida Sector 65
**Experience**: 3-8 years
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Corporate Hardware Sales**: Manage and drive corporate hardware sales, focusing on meeting targets and achieving revenue goals.
- **Channel Sales**: Identify and develop new channel partners, ensuring the growth of the sales network in the IT infrastructure domain.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed knowledge of hardware products, solutions, and services related to IT infrastructure, assisting clients in selecting the best products for their needs.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and client needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Lead negotiations with clients and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate new business leads through proactive networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections in the corporate hardware sales space.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress against targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: 3-8 years of experience in corporate hardware sales, IT infrastructure sales, and channel sales.
- **Connections**: Must have an established network of connections for hardware rental and sales within the corporate sector.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, hardware products, and services.
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- **Networking**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with decision-makers and influencers in corporate IT departments.
- **Result-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- **Location**: Must be based in Noida Sector 65 or willing to commute to this location.
