**Job Description**:
As a ZEM/Amazon Online Hardware Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for hardware products listed on Amazon and ZEM platforms. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, optimize listings, and maximize revenue. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and a passion for hardware products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for hardware products on Amazon and ZEM.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for search visibility and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product content, including images, descriptions, and videos.
- Utilize analytical tools and data to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, platform policies, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Generate reports and insights to evaluate sales performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales, particularly on Amazon or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hardware products or technical knowledge in related industries is a plus.
- Prior experience with inventory management and supply chain operations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
