**Role: Online Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**:
○ Listing products on major platforms like Amazon, Tata Cliq, Myntra, and other relevant smaller platforms.
- **Listing Maintenance**:
○ Optimizing listings with effective keywords based on search data.

○ Implementing A+ cataloging, crafting compelling product descriptions, and ensuring listing hygiene for better visibility and conversion rates.
- **Channel Coordination**:
○ Collaborating with Points of Contact (POCs) for each platform to implement business plans as shared by the respective platforms.

○ Working closely with the Amazon Business Advisory team to leverage their insights and drive growth.
- **Order Dispatch and Delivery**:
○ Managing the dispatch of non-FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) orders from the warehouse.

○ Maintaining a low Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and ensuring the timely delivery of all platform orders.
- **Inventory and Tools Management**:
○ Proficiency in tools like Uniware and Unicommerce to dispatch orders across platforms.

○ Maintaining a centralized inventory system for seamless operations and accurate stock management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational nuances.
- Proficiency in Uniware/Unicommerce and related tools for inventory and order management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with platform POCs and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze search and performance data for continuous optimization of listings and business plans.

This role is pivotal to Fig Living’s vision of delivering high-quality lighting solutions while ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
