**Job Title**: Corporate IT Technician
**Experience**: 5-8 Years

**Location**: Noida, India

We are seeking a skilled **Corporate IT Technician** with hands-on experience in setting up, securing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including corporate systems and individual workstations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and set up workstations, peripherals (routers, printers, etc.), and ensure hardware functionality.
- Install and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and related network equipment.
- Support **Microsoft Active Directory (AD)**, **Windows Server**, and **Linux Server** platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain **Identity Access Management (IAM)**, **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)**, and **Single Sign-On (SSO)** solutions.
- Ensure compliance with **SOC** and **ISO/IEC 27000** frameworks.
- Optimize network performance and ensure the security and privacy of systems.
- Conduct system upgrades, maintenance, and user training on new software and hardware.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in internal compliance and security audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **5-8 years** of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, macOS, and diverse network systems.
- Strong understanding of **TCP/IP**, **DNS**, **NAT**, and the **OSI Model**.
- Up-to-date knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Physical ability to handle IT equipment installation and repairs.
- Certifications (one or more preferred):

- **MCE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)**:

- **MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)**:

- **CompTIA A+/Network+**, **Cisco**, or **ITIL Foundation**

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of system security and compliance standards.
- Experience with hardware/software setup, diagnostics, and maintenance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
