Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT hardware products within the designated territory.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions, to promote IT hardware solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of IT hardware products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in IT hardware sales, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, peripherals, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations is desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
