**Job Title: GeM Portal Executive - Electronics & IT Peripherals**
**Location**: Noida

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in GeM Portal Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **product listings** of laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and other electronics on the GeM portal.
- Monitor and **identify relevant bids/tenders** for electronic items and IT hardware.
- **Prepare and submit bids**, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, brand approvals, and price competitiveness.
- Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for **documentation, stock verification**, and pricing.
- Handle buyer queries, order fulfillment, and after-sales service for GeM orders.
- Maintain product catalog with updated specs, warranty details, and certifications.
- Track **bid status**, purchase orders, delivery timelines, and payment updates.
- Stay updated with **GeM circulars, new policies**, and electronic product category changes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in **GeM portal operations**, preferably in electronics or IT sales.
- Familiarity with **government tendering for IT/electronics products**.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and internet-based research.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet bid deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience dealing with **refurbished IT equipment** or OEM partnerships.
- Knowledge of brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Logitech, etc.
- Understanding of warranty, AMC, and logistics in electronics sales.
- Hands-on with **Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)** usage and bid security documents.
