**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of IT product listings on the GeM platform, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and compliance requirements.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure that all IT products listed on the platform adhere to government procurement guidelines, including certification, testing, and necessary documentation for product eligibility.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate the order processing and fulfillment for IT products, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation for government customers.
- **Market Research and Trends**: Stay updated on trends and technological advancements in IT products, ensuring the listings reflect current market offerings.
- **Customer Support**: Address any queries or issues raised by government agencies regarding IT products on the platform.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor sales and procurement trends for IT products on GeM, providing reports and insights to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
