About the Role:
Key Responsibility:

- Registration, updating, and maintaining the company profile on the Gem portal.
- Regularly monitor the Gem portal for new tenders and business opportunities relevant to the company.
- **Tender Documentation**:

- Preparing, uploading, and submitting e-tender documents as per tender requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents, including technical and financial bids.
- Liaising with internal departments to gather required information and certifications.
- **Bid Management**:

- Analyzing tender requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance.
- Preparing comparative analysis and seeking approvals for bid submission.
- Managing bid amendments, clarifications, and queries in coordination with the tendering authorities.
- **Follow-up and Coordination**:

- Following up on tender status and addressing queries from tender authorities.Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met. Tracking contract performance and managing renewals or extensions. **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensuring adherence to government procurement guidelines and company policies.
- Preparing periodic reports on tenders submitted, ongoing bids, and outcomes.
- Regularly monitor the GeM portal for new tenders and business opportunities relevant to the company.

- Familiarity with government procurement procedures.
- Certification in e-tendering or government procurement processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
