**Job Title**: Tender Executive (GeM & e-Tender)
**Location**: Apollo Clinic, Lucknow
**Department**: Procurement/Operations

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**: Manage and oversee the submission of tenders on GeM and various e-tender platforms, ensuring compliance with all government requirements.
- **Tender Search & Analysis**: Identify relevant tenders in line with the clinic's services, equipment, and procurement needs, ensuring timely responses.
- **Preparation & Documentation**: Prepare detailed and accurate tender documentation, including financial and technical bids, in accordance with government guidelines.
- **Government Guidelines & Compliance**: Ensure that all tender processes comply with applicable government policies, rules, and regulations, including necessary certifications and documents.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Coordinate with internal departments (like operations, finance, legal) to collect and verify all required documents and information for submission.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Track and monitor the status of submitted tenders, ensuring follow-ups and regular updates to management.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement related to government projects and tenders.
- **Bid Evaluation**: Assist in evaluating bids, proposals, and quotations received for government tenders, ensuring transparency and adherence to policy.
- **Post-Tender Activities**: Assist in contract negotiation, signing, and execution once tenders are awarded.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling government tenders, specifically in **GeM** and **e-Tendering** platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **GeM** (Government e-Marketplace) and **e-Tendering** processes.
- Familiarity with government tender documentation and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare-related tenders.
- Knowledge of e-procurement and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Understanding of government procurement laws and policies.
