**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the tender process on the GeM portal & E-Tender, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare submissions.
- Gather and organize necessary information from various departments.
- Submit tenders on time and monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of tender activities.
- Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders as needed.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes on the GeM portal.
- Assist in contract negotiations and follow-up activities post-tender.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 years of experience with tenders, specifically on the GeM portal & E-Tender.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-procurement platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
