**Job Title**: GeM Bidding Executive / Back Office Executive

**Location**: Greater Noida West
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update company profile and product listings on the **GeM portal**.
- Search and analyze **tenders, bids, and product requirements** relevant to the company’s offerings.
- Prepare and submit **online bids** and quotations on the GeM platform.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for quotations, specifications, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of **bidding activities, purchase orders, and invoices**.
- Follow up on bid results, order status, and payment tracking.
- Assist management in preparing reports, data entry, and other back-office tasks.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
