Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Delhi Area for a Tender/GeM Executive. The Tender/GeM Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders on various platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace). Daily tasks involve analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various departments for information, communicating with suppliers or contractors, and ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Tender Process Management skills and understanding of GeM portal operations
  • Experience in document preparation, review, and submission
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
