**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound **Call Centre Executive** with a background in **Civil Engineering** to assist customers with inquiries related to **restroom partition products, specifications, installation, and after-sales support**. The role involves both technical support and client coordination, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound (commercial, industrial, institutional projects)
- Provide detailed technical support on partition types, mounting styles, measurements, and installation guidelines
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, and installation teams) for project timelines and requirements
- Assist contractors, architects, and builders in selecting the right partition systems based on their site needs
- Generate and follow up on quotations, site status updates, and order confirmations
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems
- Support after-sales service including handling complaints, damage claims, or replacement requests
- Educate clients on care, maintenance, and warranty of partition systems

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant construction-related field
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or sales coordination role
- Strong knowledge of restroom partition systems or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings and basic technical specs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations professionally

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience in building material, interior fit-outs, or washroom accessories industry
- Exposure to handling contractors, architects, or project managers
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (to interpret layout drawings)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
