Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in B2B/B2C CRM or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of data analysis and customer segmentation strategies.
