**Salary Range**: 45,001 to 50,000 INR per month

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines and enhance students' understanding of English literature and language.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer regular assessments to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide improvements.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and refinement of the English curriculum to ensure it meets academic standards and student needs.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized, safe, and supportive classroom setting conducive to effective learning.
- **Mentorship**: Support students in developing strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, mentoring them to achieve academic excellence.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff to promote cross-curricular learning and share best practices.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on educational trends and teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- B.ED (Bachelor of Education) with specialization or demonstrated experience in teaching English.
- Strong command of the English language and literature.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
