- IT Service Management: Collaborate with clients to implement IT service management best practices, including incident, problem, and change management.

**Who You Are**

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience in BFSI Sector.
- Strong knowledge in data modelling, database design and data management best practice.
- Certification: Industry leading software development certification
- Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking
- Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST
- Experience in using and implementing Dev Sec Ops processes
- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
