Location:  India (remote)What this job involves As an Application Support Associate at JLL, you will be responsible forUser AdministrationConfigure/update/termination of usersSemiannual audit of usersEnd User/System SupportSupport for end user inquiries or issues in our software applicationsEscalation of support tickets (when applicable) to engineering, management or software vendorDetailed review, analysis, description of end user issues when escalatingSupport the implementation of new modules and periodic system upgradesData Configuration Configure new (or remove) assignments in the Yardi systemAdd / remove custom tables as business requirements dictateTest new modules and periodic system upgradesUnderstand data integration flow from / to Yardi and other JLL applications to solve end user issuesSupport Business Reporting Requirements Create and configure custom account trees/charts of accountsProvide support for our annual SOC I and/or II audits with outside auditorsCreate and configure custom reportsTroubleshoot end user report issuesCoordinate with other teams when applicableSupport JLL Application softwareYardi Voyager 7sYardi Retail ManagerYardi Forecast Manager / Advanced Budget and Forecast ManagerYardi Multi FamilyYardi CRMYardi Site ManagerOther applications as they are onboarded to our teamSound like the job you're looking for?  Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we're looking for:Education and experienceA bachelor's degree from an accredited institution REQUIREDFinance or Accounting degree is a plus(5+) years of relevant/professional experience REQUIREDReal Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAdditional informationRemote positionIndividuals must be self-starter, organized and able to work with minimal supervisionWe're seeking a self-motivated professional who thrives working independently while also valuing collaboration within our close-knit team environment.
