We’re Hiring: Tender Coordinator

About the Role

As a Tender Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end tender process and ensure the timely and accurate submission of all bids. Your meticulous approach and strategic coordination will play a crucial role in winning projects and driving company growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tender Management:
Downloading tenders.

Preparing technical documents for participation.

Coordinating EMD/tender fee payments with the Accounts Team.

Managing BG issuance.

Sending tenders to the pricing team and securing VP approval for final pricing.

Resolving tender-related queries.

Participating in reverse auctions.

Additional Responsibilities:
Vendor registration and client coordination.

Managing daily queries and travel bookings.

Scheduling and managing project team meetings.

Assisting with social media activities.

Maintaining databases for streamlined operations.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Degree in Business or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in a similar role (preferred).

**Skills**:
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Multi-tasking and coordination skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
