**Job Title: Tender Executive**

**Location**: Goregaon East, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Tender Executive** to handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders. The role requires a strong understanding of government and private procurement processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Search & Tracking**: Monitor various tender portals and sources (e.g., GEM, CPPP, state procurement sites) for relevant tenders.
- **Documentation & Preparation**: Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical and financial bids, and other necessary documents.
- **Portal Handling**: Upload and manage tenders on online portals like GEM, E-procurement, etc.
- **Internal Coordination**: Work closely with departments such as accounts, legal, and project teams to gather required inputs for tender submission.
- **Compliance Checks**: Ensure all documentation complies with the specific tender requirements and legal standards.
- **Submission & Follow-up**: Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on submitted bids.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain systematic records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and key learnings.
- **Client Communication**: Respond to clarifications, queries, or requests related to tenders from clients or authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering or similar administrative roles.
- Familiarity with government and private tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
- Experience in handling online portals (GEM, CPPP, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
