**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth flow of kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to prevent wastage.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Ensure food preparation and cooking are carried out to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating kitchen staff.
- Oversee food prep, cooking, plating, and dispatching of orders.
- Manage kitchen schedules and delegate tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle customer service issues and work closely with front-of-house staff to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform regular stock audits and track food costs to stay within budget.
- Report to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager regarding any operational concerns or opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a professional kitchen.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- A passion for food and culinary excellence.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety, First Aid) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
