**Job Title**: Kitchen Supervisor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and serving of food, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate kitchen staff across two shifts (morning/evening), assigning tasks and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI, etc.) and hospital protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food production and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Oversee the preparation of meals according to hospital dietary requirements, ensuring nutritious and safe food options.
- Handle any complaints or issues related to food service and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in training and developing new kitchen staff as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Freshers with a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Catering, Food Production, or Nutrition are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in food service operations, institutional catering, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
- Freshers with internships or part-time experience in kitchen operations or food service roles will be considered.
- Prior experience in institutional kitchens, hospital kitchens, or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Other Information**:

- **Work Hours**: The role will require flexibility to work in two shifts, ensuring kitchen operations are covered throughout the day.
- **Training Provided**: Full training in kitchen management, food safety regulations, and hospital-specific requirements will be provided.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
