Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (**HRBP**) to join our dynamic team in the IT
services industry. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing HR support to
managers and employees, and driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The
positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and support in areas such
as talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
2. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition,
performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching, guidance, and support on HR policies,
procedures, and best practices.
4. Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions, to
drive employee performance and development.
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs, to foster a
positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
6. Partner with business leaders to identify workforce planning needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop
top talent.
7. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, track key HR metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve
HR programs and processes.
8. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and proactively address any HR-related
issues or concerns.
9. Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of HR experience in the IT services industry, with at least [X]

- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects to successful completion.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
