**Job Description**:
Executive
HRBP For Project
End to end HR business partnering responsibilities - Support in hiring, employee engagement, grievance management, data management, exit management, connect with stakeholders.
1) HR Business Partner
2)Ensure the delivery of core HR processes
3)Recommends HR solutions, drives initiatives, implements new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations, and overall team engagement
4) Meets with project leaders and managers regularly to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns
5) Coordinates initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction (engagement, retention initiatives etc.,)
6) Coordinates for monthly activities - payroll inputs, on-boarding, de-boarding, monthly connects etc.,
7) Manages and resolves employee issues.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
